Governor Bala Vows to Deals with Defaulters, Assents 3 Executive Bills Into Law

Governor Bala Muhammad of Bauchi State has officially assented three executive bills passed into law for good, efficient, transformation, growth, and effective governance of the state.
The three executive bills passed by his Excellency includes,
1. For the demolition of unlawful structures and buildings from the state's traffic corridors, which he claims have been encroached upon and have security and environmental repercussions.
2. An Executive Order has been issued to safeguard the community and the environment, to ensure public safety and security, and to ban deforestation across the state.
3. As part of his leadership responsibilities, he emphasized the importance of maintaining a consistent and unified system of measurement (Mudu) throughout the state.
Governor Bala says his administration would not hesitate to take severe action against anyone who breaks the law, offering a firm warning that anyone discovered harming the state's security in any way will be dealt with harshly to serve as a deterrent to similar conduct.
Tree fellers and charcoal dealers were advised not to encroach on forests and trees, as his administration is determined to combat deforestation, necessitating collaborative action, says Governor Bala.
Governor Bala promised to continue working with stakeholders, particularly traditional institutions and religious organizations, security agencies, and other prominent figures, to help Bauchi State grow and flourish considering it is the only state that we have and we must stand firm for its growth and transformation.
