ASR Initiatives Spent $100M Annualy to Intervened in Critical Sectors for Nigerians

Abdul Samad Rabiu (ASR) Initiative for Africa said it spent about $100 million every year to support the vulnerable Nigerians through education, health, and social development, in collaboration with government institutions across the country
The Initiative’s managing director, Dr. Udon Uboh, disclosed this at the groundbreaking ceremony of Abdul Samad Rabiu Nigeria Custom Service Hospital thirty 30 Beds capacity in Bauchi state and says that host communities around are also among the beneficiaries of the health facility.
The managing director ASR ODON UBOH disclosed this during the ground breaking ceremony of the 30 beds health facility which according to him that signifies the commitment and dedication by Abdul Samad Rabi'u in serving the Nigerian communities in different form of human lives and also reducing the challenges faced by many people, especially in the area of health related issues
The managing director highlighted some of the interventions they usually rendered to humanity in many critical sectors of the Nigerian economy
UBOH further explained that, the project also reflects the kind of leadership the Customs is fortunate to have when the leadership decided to build the hospital, putting the welfare of men, women, officers, and families of the Nigeria Customs Service
Speaking earlier, the comptroller-general of the Nigeria Customs Service, Bashir Adewale Adeniyi, said that with the project, the service would enhance the capacity and welfare of the personnel and the benefiting host community.
Adeniyi explained that the mandate of the service is very clear and their personnel were dispersed all over the country for the discharge their key mandate, which is generating revenue for the country.
During an interview with the district head of Miri Alhaji Othman Hussain the host community appreciated the gesture by the ASR initiatives under the care of Nigeria Customs Service
The district head urged members of the community around to give the authorities maximum corporation in maintaining and sustaining the edifice in the interest of all.
