We Have Problem in Our Reward System Within the Party -- APC Former Reps Candidate

Former candidate of house of Representative Alhaji Abdullahi Surajo Bauchi local government has expressed dismay over what he described as lopsided appointment in Tinubu's government through the national level of the All Progressives Congress APC
He made the statement while talking to journalists after a special meeting with stakeholders of the party at the local government level, held at their party Secretariat in Bauchi.
The former candidate further disclosed that from the gubernatorial candidate and two senators down to all seven 7 house of representative members non has secure any position at the national level, after all the contributions given in forming Tinubu's government by the People's votes in the state.
Abdullahi Surajo maintained that, it is time to consider Bauchi members of the party in making appointments at the center, so that we know that they appreciate our effort within the part ranks.
While expressing discomfort, Surajo also said loyalty should be consider first, "according to my knowledge from the gubernatorial and deputy candidates and the two senatorial districts in Bauchi state as well as seven reps members that we were not elected, non of us is been considered, even appointments as a board member is unfortunate".
"So I called on the party leadership at the center they should considered us time for them to acknowledge us, to acknowledge our efforts to make things work even Within our local governments no one has appointment is highly unfortunate, they should understand there is problem on the reward system in the party" he stressed.
On the party activities he said, "we should not talk much about the anti- party activities within the state in the last elections has past, is time for governance we should reflects on what happens at 2023 general elections we don't have no rancor within the party"
While explaining about the state of the economy of the country he noted that people have suffered with economic hardship but things have started coming down gradually,
"we commended Mr President in his leadership the economy is coming back to normal people are getting to understand what the president want to do, so we hope in the next few years, in 2027 it would get much better insha Allah" .
On the re-contesting his position the former candidate explained that, " off course everywhere you can see people has APC in mind, especially in Bauchi state, Bauchi local government in particular is always been APC there is no doubt about it.
"We won the elections even though there are problems here and there but we acknowledged that, even within the party, but not more insha Allahu, we won't have such issues by the grace of God" he maintained.
Moreso, the APC leadership at the local government commended the resilient of the former candidate says APC is a party would take the day come 2027, since after elections no one has come to us except Abdullahi Surajo our former candidate house of Reps "
we appreciate that, recognition infact kudos to him, he thought we are very important that is why he is here with us now, and we hope others will emulate his gesture, aside of his visit he brought some Ramadan food items to members and executives of the party at the local chapter, so we thanked him immensely and he is a man of his words" Chairman acknowledged.
Other stakeholders who benefited from the Ramadan gesture expressed satisfaction and pray for his endeavor and commitment towards his intention and good representation of the people of Bauchi local government and the state at large.
Highlights of the visit and meeting with members was the distribution of assorted grain such as rice millet, and maize to party members as well as other stakeholders within the state.
