The Pate Youth Ambassadors Initiative, PYI, has issued a statement to correct recent comments credited to Senator Shehu Buba regarding the Coordinating Minister of Health and Social Welfare, Professor Muhammad Ali Pate, CON.
This was disclosed in a press release signed by Prince Mohammed Sani Hassan, FNY, GLMP, MICGEHRM, Team Lead of the Pate Youth Ambassadors Initiative, PYI.
It is important to state unequivocally that Professor Muhammad Ali Pate operates on a level far superior to Senator Shehu Buba, both financially and politically.
Senator Buba’s recent remarks in Bauchi State only demonstrate political immaturity and a distinct lack of focus and determination. Simply put, Professor Pate is not his political peer.
Professor Pate has made monumental contributions to Nigeria’s healthcare sector and national politics. Through his leadership, he has revitalized the political atmosphere in Bauchi State, restoring hope to the people and strengthening the All Progressives Congress, APC. Under his guidance, the APC is rapidly gaining ground across the state.
In contrast, Senator Shehu Buba has nothing of substance to show for his tenure as a senator, let alone the credentials required to aspire to be governor. Furthermore, Professor Pate’s deep roots and dedication to the people make him a truer son of Bauchi soil.
Senator Buba must be reminded that his ascension to the Senate was an accident of chance, not a reward for merit. Professor Muhammad Ali Pate is vastly more connected, experienced, and far ahead of him in every political metric.
